About Changes and Cancellations of Your Order

We do not accept changes, additions, or cancellations after the order is completed. Please make sure to confirm your order details on the confirmation screen before completion to avoid any errors.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer's Convenience

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

  • We strive to reproduce the actual color and texture of the product as accurately as possible in the product photos, but differences in color and impression may occur due to the customer's monitor or mobile device display (such as differences in LCD and brightness), screen settings, and the conditions under which the product photos were taken.
  • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes for reasons such as the color or texture being different from the image, and we do not accept any cancellations after the order is completed, so we ask for your understanding in advance.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Our Fault

We take great care with our products, but if you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will handle returns and exchanges.

◼︎ Returns and Exchanges Due to Initial Defects

We ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or dirty upon delivery, or if you receive an item different from your order, please contact support@geemart.com.
*We will cover the return shipping costs.

The return address is not our office, so please be sure to contact us in advance. If you send the product without prior notice, we may not be able to receive it, so please be careful.

Notes

  • Exchanges for products other than those purchased are not possible.
  • When you open the product, please be sure to check for any scratches or dirt on the product, and ensure that there are no missing parts.
  • If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If the contact deadline has passed, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns, so please be aware of this in advance.
  • All products must be returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returns or exchanges for custom-made products are not possible. Additionally, we do not support cancellations for custom-made products.
  • In the unlikely event that the product you received is already damaged, defective, of inappropriate quality, or does not match its intended use or product description, it will be eligible for return or refund. In this case, please contact customer service within 24 hours. When contacting customer service, please provide the product ID/SKU and photos/videos showing the condition of the defective item.

About Refunds

After the refund process is completed at Geemart, it may take a few days for the actual refund to be processed depending on the payment method used. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for details about the refund status, please contact your payment provider directly.
