Order processing and shipping occur within 1-3 days.

The shipping time varies depending on the destination country/region. Please refer to the table below for detailed information:

Shipping Address Limitations:
 1) Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 2) The warehouse may require a processing period of 1-3 days, which is required to process your order from the date that it is placed.

Important

 1) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

 2) For preorder items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product page. And it is not recommended to choose express shipping for preorder.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if it is not, Geemart is dedicated to addressing any concerns and will strive to resolve the issue by fixing, replacing, fully refunding, or partially refunding the product.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s).

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You should contact us  at support@geemart.com within 30 days of receiving them. Our dedicated team is here to assist you.

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED?

Eligible items must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn. If items are not in their original condition, they will not be accepted for return.

Will I be charged for a return shipping fee?

Yes, you need to pay for the return shipping fee or it will be deducted from your refund. 

If you received a faulty products, which may include reimbursements for the product price and/or shipping, is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the cause of the fault and rests entirely with our discretion.
